Situated in the popular and historical coastal town of Kirkcaldy, The Windsor Hotel is a perfect destination for new and returning visitors alike. Whether you are staying with us during the spring   when Europe’s longest street fair (The Links Market) is in town, or perhaps touring Scotland in the summer so you can visit the Edinburgh Festival across the Forth, the premises is centrally located within Kirkcaldy and has excellent transport links throughout Fife as well as the Edinburgh and Dundee areas.

A family owned and operated business since 1987 – the hotel was completely refurbished in October 2020 and features clean and comfortable accommodation with access to free private parking, a contemporary bar, sheltered beer garden and modern shared lounge area.  Each room is equipped with a flat screen TV, wardrobe, en-suite bathroom, mirrors, hair dryer, bedside cabinets and tea/coffee making facilities.

Guests have access to shared kitchen facilities including washing machine and tumble dryer which can be convenient for longer stays. The hotel also provides a variety of evening entertainment so you can be sure of an enjoyable stay!

Our beautifully refurbished Function Hall is a very popular choice for Weddings, Wedding Receptions, Birthday Parties, Baby Showers, Funeral Teas and Team Building/Corporate Events.

The nearest bus station is Kirkcaldy Bus Station which is 0.6miles walk from the hotel which delivers  tourist routes for the beautiful East Coast of Fife along with transport links to Edinburgh.

The nearest train station is Kirkcaldy Train Station which is 0.4miles walk from the hotel and allows access to the Fife Circle route as well as a direct link into Edinburgh City Centre.

The nearest airport is Edinburgh Airport which is 26.2miles from the hotel.
